Khurda, Cuttack, Puri, Dhenkanal, Angul, Kendrapara, Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur & Jajpur (Part). TPCODL has laid out an ambitious plan to improve reliability of power supply, enhance customer services and implement cutting edge technology.
