In accordance with the provision under Rule-15 of Odisha Staff Selection Commission Rules 1993 & subsequent amendments and Pursuant to Advertisement No. 6506/OSSC dated 02.11.2022, Corrigendum Notice No.6618/OSSC dated 11.11.2022 & Corrigendum Notice No.34/OSSC dated 04.01.2023 and in continuation to Notification No.240(C)/OSSC dated 29.08.2023 for the post of ATO(Diploma/Degree) relating to CTSRE-2022 the following candidates are hereby provisionally selected for the following posts on the basis of their performance in Main Written Examination & found suitable in the Certificate Verification. However, the result shall be subject to outcome of WP(C) No. 30062/2022, WP(C) No.29894/2022 and WP(C) No.33373/2022.
In compliance to orders of Hon’ble High Court of Orissa in WP(C) No.29894/2022 one vacancy is kept aside and for those vacancy no candidate is selected.
The inclusion of any name in the list however does not confer any right to appointment unless a specific appointment letter is issued to the candidate by the concerned Appointing Authorities as per criteria prescribed in the advertisement & relevant Recruitment Rules in force.
